From source to door
Every pack is chilled or frozen quickly, then travelled in temperature-protected packaging so it reaches your kitchen in the condition it left ours.
Crawfish, sea bass, prawns, salmon, sardines, abalone, fish fillets and oysters, chosen for freshness first.
Chilled or frozen at the right moment, then handled through a controlled cold chain.
Packed as 2 kg portions with storage guidance, so dinner starts without guesswork.
Four ways in. Choose one and the wall narrows to the packs that suit it.
Dry the surface, season lightly and cook skin side down until the edges crisp. Every fillet is cut to the same thickness, so they finish together.
Steam over rolling water or poach in a shallow bath. Both keep their bite and stay sweet rather than turning rubbery.
Both arrive cooked. Warm them through in a pan and put the whole lot in the middle of the table with bread for the sauce.
Chilled, with lemon and a little cracked pepper. Keep them cold right up to the moment they go out.
Need to know
Orders travel in insulated packaging with cold packs, arriving chilled or frozen as intended.
Move chilled items straight to the fridge and frozen items to the freezer, then follow the storage note on each pack. Most packs are sold as 2 kg.
Dry the surface, season lightly and cook just until done. Prawns and fish fillets need only a few minutes; crawfish and fried sardines just need warming through.
